Annual Golf Outing
It is already that time again. The Golf Outing Committee is on its way preparing for the event that will take place August 23 at the Fox Hollow Golf Course.
It takes time, organization, and motivation to make everything run smoothly up to the day of the event.
Over the last few years the list of hole sponsors and donors have stayed close to the same with little change; though we are very appreciative of the continuous support we don't want to burn the same people out every year either. The golf committee really wants you to think about either sponsoring a hole or find at least one person who is willing. The sponsor will have a sign up on a golf hole with their name on it. A sponsor donates $50.00 (or more). We can make a lot of money during these fundraisers. There are so many new people in the association with young hockey players. Those new folks have great contacts and can really help add to our sponsor list. Help out the committee - every sponsor really makes a difference, and keeps our registration prices low.
There is little over 40 teams of four that can participate in golfing that day. The spots fill up fast so if you want to golf that day contact Mark Donahue @ 738-1582.
The cost is 60.00 a person or $40.00 if already a member of Fox Hollow Country Club. This price includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, beer and soda.
If you're not interested in golfing come anyway and check out the raffle table that will have you pondering over which prizes you'll try and win.

Save your Festival Foods Receipts!
Festival Foods in Onalaska has a dollar program for youth or non-profit organizations. If you shop at Festival Foods please turn in your festival receipts to Kelly Cottrell. The association will get a percentage of the receipt totals back, after tax, alcohol, cigarettes, and lottery/lotto are subtracted. They need to be sent in quarterly.
* Quarter #1- January, February, March
* Quarter #2 – April, May, June
* Quarter #3 – July, August, September
* Quarter #4- October, November, December
These receipts must be from the months of the quarter and must be brought to Festival Foods within 14 days after the quarter ends so please have them turned in by the end of the last month in the quarter. During the summer we need to keep sending in the receipts. You can mail them to Kelly Cottrell at N6225 State Rd 108, West Salem, WI 54669, or bring them to the monthly membership meetings.
The WSHA Swap Shop is Open for Business!
For members that want to sell or acquire different equipment check out the new WSHA Swap Shop! Post your ad on the form located here and it will be posted on the list. When you want your ad to be removed from the list, email to have it removed. Seems pretty simple doesn't it? Now all we need is that equipment in your basement to start it out. :)
